Sleeping beauty

One of the great things about mom watching Amara is that Amara gets to wake up, on her own--every day.  Mom patiently waits here at the house for her to wake up, then they begin their day together.

From time to time, they will have an early appointment, or need to get on the road, and mom will crack the door open to encourage Amara to wake up--still on her own, but maybe earlier than she would have.

Recently, (and I love this) she snuck in and snapped a photo of our little sleeping beauty.  She is all snuggled up in the corner with her animals and blanket--where she is every night of our very lucky lives.

I am usually so excited to get in and see her, but at the same time to let her get her rest, that I could never pull this off--but she has Grandma finesse apparently.
