At the encouragement of some of the other families at gymnastics and with Beanie's request, we decided to sign up for Upward cheer this fall.

I wondered if at any point she would change her mind, but she pressed on with it. The first night, we learned her first cheer--the part that was hilarious to me, is at the end, where she says "go Upward, go!" She actually says "go awkward, go" --I have no idea why she keeps on with it, but she's persistent!
While mommy waited in line to complete the registration, Amara kept herself busy :) A girl next to her was coloring a pony, very detailed, but what Amara did was pretty bold and graphic, I actually love it :) Here's to a great cheer season, Beanie!
