canning

We had an ambitious canning season this year, but it was fun.  Luckily, we had friends and family on hand to help!  Carolyn came over on several days and the peaches kicked off the season.

Eric and Carolyn did the majority of the work, Cora wasn't much help :) but we all had fun, and boy are those peaches yummy!

We had also cranked out a batch of applesauce, homemade spaghetti sauce and even tried some V8!

I don't even LIKE V8, but I tried ours and boy is it yummy!

The finished product...beautiful!!
