The winter of '15-16 was so strange. Warm and NO snow AT ALL. Not a single snow day. We kept waiting and waiting, nothing.
FINALLY--one weekend in late February, we got some snow. Not a LOT of snow (clearly you can see the grass) but enough to sled at least. We RACED outside for the sleds and we had some fun.
We had the Monday holiday off too, so i took the girls to Darby Run park and the hill there--we all had fun and Eric joined us later--it was warm, and the girls even took their coats off at one point!
I guess we were due for a mild winter, but I didn't realize how much the kids would miss it. I hope this doesn't happen again for a while!
