Breakfast with santa almost didn't happen this year--it was supposed to be Amara's first hip-hop competition, but it was cancelled last minute and it opened up the day for us. We were thrilled! The girls got right in there--this is several years in a row now for us, and got right in line for santa.
Next it was on to face painting and cookie decorating. Cora bagged hers up to take home but Amara took hers back to her seat. Then SURPRISE, grandma showed up!
The girls were happy to see her and enjoyed visiting with susan and ken while they brought our breakfast, and were lucky to sit with Melissa and Mike, Julian and Jude for breakfast and coloring too.
All the excitement started to wear the girls out--it was early on a Saturday after all. We took our goodies, said our goodbyes, and headed out for the next adventure of the very packed day!
