Thanksgiving

We have so much to be thankful this year!  I was looking forward to the day (as I always am) but mostly just to see everyone and make some memories.

We started the day at the Jahn's--Amara and Cora got to play with almost 30 family members--a dozen cousins, my aunts and cousins, and we had a great time.  Miss Cora took a nap right up to lunch time but enjoyed her applesauce and bread nonetheless.

After lunch, we hopped in the car and headed to Lancaster for round 2.  We were able to enjoy some time with the Young family down there, and Amara had fun playing fireworks on Uncle Jim's iPad :)  She was also able to jump and tear Aunt Kristin's room apart--but she still didn't want to spend the night (on that particular night.).

I tried a few new recipes--pumpkin bars, pumpkin pie cake, and lemon bars and Eric made his cheeseball too!  We were all whooped by the time we got home, but we got to see most of our family and the weather cooperated.  Happy Thanksgiving to all!
