Eric is VERY dedicated at what he does. He takes pride in his work and gets the job done--at almost any cost. INCLUDING going out into the snow to take pictures...of the girls...IN HIS SHORTS!! 
I was heading out to take the girls to Sarah's and was letting them run around a bit, when I turned back and saw this on my front porch--granted...the shots he got were great, and he was protected on the porch, but dial back the crazy, E!! Goodness!! Gotta love that guy.
