As we had hoped (but you never REALLY know...) the girls are really starting to play outside a lot. So much, in fact, that we have to plan some playing outside time before we take off, even in the morning--they just can't wait to get out there!
After school or Sarah's too--they are asking if they have anything to do, because they want to get home and bundled up to play outside, I love it.
Ily has taken to running around a lot too--and with all the snow we got the 2nd week of December, well, we all had a blast with it.
Amara came home in Sarah's snow pants one day and went right back outside in it when she got home--atta girl!
She and Ily ran around and played fr what seemed like an hour--though it's hard to tell in the winter, since it gets so dark so fast. These two enjoyed the last drops of daylight together, just like best friends should.
